When you use the Contact form, we may collect your name, email address, company or business name, website, the support category you choose, and the message you provide. We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry and to manage a potential professional relationship.

Service providers and hosting

The website uses service providers that support its operation, including website hosting and database infrastructure. Contact enquiries are processed through HubSpot when that integration is enabled, so HubSpot can store the contact and form submission and notify Hellen. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and requests

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, meet record-keeping needs, or resolve a concern. You can ask about the information held about you, ask for a correction, or request deletion using the contact details above. Some requests may be subject to legal or operational limits.

Cookies, analytics, and marketing

The website uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand aggregate website use and performance. Analytics may record page visits, referral and campaign information, browser or device information, approximate geography where supplied by the service, and anonymous interaction and successful form-submission events. Safe first-landing referral and campaign information may accompany an anonymous form conversion. Contact-form contents, names, and email addresses are not sent to analytics, and analytics is not used to create identified visitor profiles. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future newsletter signup will ask for separate consent.

International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their data hosting locations and safeguards can change, so contact Hellen if you need more information about the providers used for your enquiry.
